Orders are shipped via USPS. In-hand items go out same/next day unless otherwise noted.

Preorders take 3-5 months to ship from shop closure date.

Returns are not accepted for preorder items.

Once shipped, orders are insured through USPS. Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on stock availability.

Reselling pins: P4Ps must not be sold for more than retail + shipping. Violators will be blocked and refunded.

VAT/duties are the buyer's responsibility.
