Where is my order?

Thanks for shopping with DarkDahliaDesigns. The quickest way to see your order’s latest status is to use the View your order link in your order confirmation email. If your order has shipped, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for updates directly from the carrier.

Check your order status

You can also sign in to your customer account to view your orders and their status. If Shopify asks you to verify your identity, use the email address or phone number and order number from your confirmation.

Still waiting for a shipping update?

Tracking may not be available until your order has been fulfilled and the carrier has scanned the package. Please refer to your order confirmation for your order details. If you need help, reply to your order confirmation email so we can look into it.

For your privacy, don’t post your order number, email address, or tracking number in a public message.
